Holiday Gift Idea: “I’m Animal Friendly” License Plate

Imagine giving something that would be truly appreciated all year, not only by the recipient, but also by THOUSANDS of animals across MA that benefit from the “I’m Animal Friendly” license plate. That’s what happens when you give the gift of an “I’m Animal Friendly” Plate. Simply print out attached Gift Certificate, then attach a check. The recipient then logs onto the RMV website (http://tinyurl.com/bobsf4g) and orders their new plate: no need to go to the RMV, everything is done online, and plates are sent by mail. It’s easy, and it’s something they’ll appreciate every time they drive. Animals all over Massachusetts will thank you.

$2000 Grant from the Massachusetts Animal Coalition

To order an “I’m Animal Friendly” license plate, click the image above.

We are pleased to announce that FOBA has received a $2,000 grant from the Massachusetts Animal Coalition through its “I’m Animal Friendly” license plate program. This program directly benefits animals and organizations across the state, funding vital spay and neuter services for cats, dogs, and rabbits. Thousands of animals have been spayed or neutered as a result of the license plate program. Grants from the Massachusetts Animal Coalition to animal welfare organizations totaled $160,000 in 2012 and their largest grant to an individual organization in 2011 was $20,000.

Want to see larger grants? It’s easy to help. The more plates that are sold, the more funds that are available for cats and dogs! Order your “I’m Animal Friendly” license plates online. No need to go to the RMV, use this link to order a tax-deductible plate. It’s a great way to help the animals and to let others know how much you care. Your entire $40 special plate fee supports this statewide spay/neuter program.

“I’m Animal Friendly” license plates really matter! Thank you, Massachusetts Animal Coalition, for your generous license plate grants.
